THE BERMUDA MARITIME MUSEUM is a private, not-for-profit educational, research and cultural institution. The Association was founded in 1974 by a group representing the Bermuda National Trust, which won Government approval to establish a Maritime Museum in the Keep of the Royal Naval Dockyard.
The Museum depends on annual memberships to defray the costs of producing MARITimes magazine and other related membership expenses. Life membership fees are placed in the Museums endowment fund to help the Museum in years to come.
Additional contributions help meet the costs of exhibitions, special projects, lectures and other ordinary expenses associated with the general upkeep and operation of the museum. Your participation and financial support are invaluable to the Museum and as a member you are entitled to many benefits:
